You sure can import Order data with Matrixify.
You can look into if we have a tutorial for the specific platform you wish to migrate from here in our Migrate to Shopify page.
If your current platform is not listed there, then you would need to export the current platform’s order data to a spreadsheet file and manually convert it to our template for an import.
