Thank you for your questions.
In order to display payment icons at check out, you need to be on the Shopify Plus plan. If you do, please refer to this link: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/online-store/themes/themes-by-shopify/vintage-themes/customizing-vintage-themes/add-credit-card-icons to choose which payment icons to display.
