This is totally unacceptable from Shopify! No support, no phone number, no help!
After having 6330 items that were expiring on Google Merchant, I was told by support to uncheck automatic updates and now I have hardly any products at all in Google Merchant! This was the fix???
So, over one of the busiest shopping weekends for us, we are dealing with not being able to get Shopify to push a product update for us? I have sent in help last week, asked in an email and now trying here. Support is just unacceptable at Shopify!
