Hi all,

I keep getting this error message when uploading images my collections. I’ve tried resizing photos, made them square, changed the file name to simple short file names, made sure under 20MB, none of these worked. Does anyone have a solution for this?

May I know which file type you are using for Collection Image?

I’ve tried PNG and JPEG/JPG and neither works
