Starter plan shipping - help needed

I am currently on Shopify Starter plan for my small business and I got my first order today.

Now I’m faced with this situation where I do not see any shipping services under the corresponding section of “Create a shipping label”.

And therefore, “buy shipping label” button is inactive.

With the Starter plan, do I ship packages manually (by going to the post office, etc.)? Or is there a way to buy shipping labels and just drop the package off at the carrier post office?

Same issue here but when doing test at checkout, the shipping method says:

Shipping not available

Your order cannot be shipped to the selected address. Review your address to ensure it’s correct and try again, or select a different address.

And the thing is if you do them manually or by your own, the regular shipping rates are way higher than shopify discount shipping rates.
