Stocky stock adjustments not synching with shopify

We just finished our year end inventory and when I did the final stock adjustment through stocky the inventory was NOT automatically updated in shopify. Is this normal, do I need to change them manually in Shopify?

It was clear during the inventory that stock adjustments we had done through the year were also not changing the stock in Shopify.

Maybe I just need to change the settings somewhere? Any help is much appreciated!

Stocky is basically an abandoned piece of software it seems. I would recommend checking out Horse as it does everything Stocky does, but is actually updated and has good support!
