Why is the Stocky app not syncing all inventory data correctly?

Hi,
I have some issues with stocky inventory app.
In shopify, I have upto 1000 thousand products on different 5 locations and we are also use Point of sale application to run our business. Our company use stocky application for inventory system. But majority products have no inventory quantity shows in stocky app. When i check those item stock in shopify, all products show accurate inventory in shopify..
Stocky app could not fetch complete data from shopify store and does not shows all quantity according to shopify store..
We are syncing multiple times from stocky app using stocky preferences. But the issues is still remain…
