Hi, 4 days ago I tried paying for a Shopify plan to get things rolling and make my store go live, however soon after that might Shopify store became unavailable. I opened a ticket but haven’t received any response from the Shopify support team in the last 4 days.
I was hoping to get some work done and start selling. Plus, I am losing money on my other subscriptions such as my premium Debutify theme, etc. Is there any way to speed this process up?
I checked other questions online and it seems that this is a security measure to make sure the person using the credit card is actually the owner of it as well. I would like to point out that the store I am opening is a partnership venture. I was using my partner’s credit card who lives in the US. Let me know how would you like to proceed with the verification so we can get to it ASAP. In case you would like to get on a phone call with him directly or if you would like him to contact you separately with the ticket, I can also arrange that. Just please make sure to bring up this ticket on a higher priority since we are losing about $200 every week.
