A strange thing happened that our website disappeared from the domain when we have installed and approved a subscription for the following app.

https://apps.shopify.com/favseo?surface_detail=favseo&surface_inter_position=1&surface_intra_position=3&surface_type=search
After uninstalling the app it reemerged. why did this happen and how to report Shopify for this issue? Are there any scam apps on the App store?

Are you sure you did not install the app when shopify crashed about an hour ago?
Really did it crash?
did you see a similar error having no store on the domain?
Yes every site on Shopify had that domain problem, install the app again I am sure its fine…
