Store feedback

Hi everyone,

We get almost 200-250 people a day on the site, however the conversion stays of.

Could we maybe receive as honest feedback as possible.

Hi,

We use meta ads indeed for the traffic.

Hi @lunalucenteskin ,

Thanks for sharing your store! It’s very elegant, and I really love the overall design. I have a couple of suggestions that I think might be helpful:

  • It seems you’re missing a customer reviews section on the product page. While you have a customer testimonial, having more reviews would make it even more convincing.
  • Consider adding a chat or chatbot feature to your store for instant customer service or to allow customers to leave messages directly. Currently, the only contact method is email, and since you’re selling skincare products, customers might appreciate additional support, even with the skin analyzer you provide.

Hope these suggestions help!

Hi @lunalucenteskin ,

Thanks for reaching out to the community. We are MooseDesk, a comprehensive Live Chat, FAQ & Helpdesk App designed to elevate your customer support experience.

First off, I have to say your store looks absolutely stunning in terms of design and visuals. It’s clear you’ve put a lot of effort into making it look professional and appealing. I have no comments on that because it truly impressive!

However, to help you increase engagement with your customers and ultimately boost your sales, I believe your site could benefit from some additional touchpoints. Engaging in conversations with your customers can significantly enhance their shopping experience and increase the chance of making sale.

I highly recommend trying out MooseDesk LiveChat, FAQ & Helpdesk App. With MooseDesk, you can easily set up a Help widget on your store front, allowing customers to message you promptly via Live Chat. This real-time interaction can address customer queries instantly, resolve issues quickly, and build trust, leading to higher conversion rates.

Additionally, MooseDesk offers a comprehensive FAQ section that can let you create FAQ and Contact Us Page on your site with FREE appealing templates:

So those are some of my suggestions for your store as an UX expert. If this is helpful for you, please let me know by giving me a ‘LIKE’. If your question is answered please mark this as 'SOLUTION’.

Once again, keep up the fantastic work, and I wish you the best of luck in the future!

Hi @lunalucenteskin ,

I am from Mageplaza - Shopify solution expert.

I would be happy to review your website and provide feedback on the performance. Here are my recommendations to improve your conversion rate:

1. Monitor Your Cart Abandonment Rate

A high cart abandonment rate can be particularly frustrating for your business, especially after investing significantly in attracting visitors to your site. This issue indicates that many potential customers are deciding not to complete their purchases, contributing to low conversion rates.

To address this, you can remind customers about the items left in their carts and encourage them to complete their purchases by:

  • Email Reminders: Send emails to customers who abandon their carts, reminding them of their items.
  • Incentives: Offer a discount or free shipping to motivate them to finalize their purchases.
  • For more detailed guidance, refer to an article from the Shopify Help Center
  1. Improving the speed and performance
  • I checked your website performance on PageSpeed Insights - a Google tool that measures the website performance and found that scores on mobile, where a high number of the traffic is coming from, is around 4x while the performance score on mobile should ideally be above 6x.
  • Also, on the desktop , the score is around 6x while the expected score should be above 8x.

  • Slow loading speeds affect various aspects related to user behavior and business outcomes, ultimately leading to lower conversion rates. Here is some suggestion:
  • For Shopify stores, the following are several factors that impact website performance
  • Store theme
  • The apps installed
  • Any additional third-party code you’ve manually added to your store, including tag managers and the tags within them- Here are some tips that you can use to improve your site performance:
  • Use compressed images
  • Optimize use of Shopify apps
  • Or consider professional help

  1. Adding About Us page

An About Us page is a section on a website that provides information about a company, organization, or individual. It’s an opportunity to tell your brand’s story, share your vision, introduce team members, and outline your history, values, and achievements. This is where you build trust and credibility with customers.

I hope my suggestions are helpful, feel free to give me any feedback.

Good luck!

Hey @lunalucenteskin
One thing is that the link to socials in your footer are not going to your pages, like I clicked on the insta icon and it took me to instagram.com instead of your page.

I think others below have shared really great insights about the website and you should definitely check what @mageplaza-cs has shared there are some really great insights there.

From a customer perspective especially for myself, whenever I am buying skin care products I have a lot of questions that is if the product is suitable for my skin specifically. For that you have a skin analyzer which is great but again feels very generic as I am selecting pre-determined options.

To improve this I would suggest using a AI Chatbot that can answer the visitors queries dynamically, we can train the AI using the data thats available on the store of-course but also use your own expertise in the domain. If you are interested here is the link to my app (https://apps.shopify.com/debales-ai-chatbot) I would love to connect and help you set up
