A user is experiencing an issue where newly created collections are unexpectedly linking to or mirroring an existing “PRE-FALL/23” collection.
Specifically, when clicking on “EFWI/24” in the header, it displays content identical to “PRE-FALL/23”, and any customizations made to “EFWI/24” automatically apply to “PRE-FALL/23” as well.
The user identified that both collections share the same “Theme Template” called “Default collection” and notes this is the only template option available to select.
Screenshots were provided to illustrate the problem. The issue remains unresolved with no responses from other users yet.
Everytime i create a collection it seems to link to “PRE-FAll/23”. Like right now on my page if you click on the “EFWI/24” located in the header the page is a copy of “PRE-FAll/23” and if i customize anything on the “EFWI/24” page it also changes on “PRE-FAll/23”.
I don’t know what is going on please help me.
