For some reason the last couple of days we have had issues with our site using 4 different computers.

Can you please confirm the following points:
1.) Did you tried generating for 10 orders only?

2.) Can you please confirm if you’re using Shopify Order Printer or a 3rd-party app (like OrderlyPrint, ShipStation, etc.)?

Did you tried using different network? Maybe due to firewall, it is not working.

Same problem here, we’re using Evri and cannot get past the generating documents screen with single/bulk shipping labels. Tried voiding, tried various combinations of one, two, three, four at a time with no luck. This is pretty disruptive!

I contacted support (live chat). They were able to verify the error and pushed it to the devs. Few hours later it worked. Good luck everyone!

It’s not fixed yet. I tried with private mode and various broswers.

Maybe it was only deployed locally on the shops that use my server? I would start your own chat and provide a few screenshots immediately illustrating the issue.
