Subscription App for suprise products

We currently run a subscription service where the customer buys into a ‘theme’ and gets a product sent every month for either 3 or 6 months. The product is a suprise.
Is there an app that will let us control all the inventory for the stock, plus all the comms to the customer without the customer seeing what they are getting?
Currently the customer pays all upfront at purchase, but we are looking at doing a rolling subscription.
