I am looking for a “subscription” app for our subscription box program that works on a schedule. This box is the $99 three times a year and once a year it is $129 (it’s a more premium box at Christmas time).
Is there an app that will allow a payment schedule that charges subscribers on particular days on a quarterly basis and allow for payments to be a specified amount depending on which month in the program it is?
You can only do this by manually updating subscriptions.

With RecurrinGO, you can set up a prepaid subscription that charges customers quarterly (every 3 months) for your $99 boxes. For the premium $129 Christmas box, you’d create a separate subscription rule with annual billing.
Here’s how to set it up:
Create a subscription rule (automatic charges)
Select “Prepaid” as the subscription type
Set “Deliver every: 1 Month” (for monthly deliveries)
Set “Charge every: 3 Deliveries” (for quarterly billing)
Create a second rule for your annual premium box with different pricing
You can also choose specific charge dates (1-31 of the month).
