We offer a quarterly subscription box. The box is $99.99 per quarter, excluding the holiday box which is $149.99. I am looking for an app that allows us to schedule the payments (not based on sign up date, but based on a schedule), along with being able to schedule (or change) the price of the subscription for the one box every year.

App Requirements:

  • Monthly fee (no % fee)
  • Ability to schedule payments

If the app requires us the physically change the price for the holiday box, I need it to be able to bulk change the price vs change each individual subscription.

I understand your requirement. It’s possible to implement a system that allows you to schedule payments based on a custom schedule, and also change the price for the holiday box annually without needing to modify each individual subscription.
