Hi all, I have a question re subscriptions. Will my subscribers have the flexibility to change the variant within their subscription on a monthly basis? We are working on having four variants and want the customer to have control of which variant they receive each month if they want to change. All prices obviously the same.
Also, can the price be amended for existing subscriptions?
This is dependent on the subscription app that you’re using. Both of those are pretty simple features and any decent Shopify subscription app should be able to support what you need : )

Yes, our Subscriptions API allows partners’ app to edit subscriptions on a monthly basis. For instance, an app could change quantity or substitute a product/variant for one order.
Please, refer to Manage billing cycle contracts for more details on how to change one specific order.

Thanks Thiago, I am leaving Squarespace and wondering if Shopify is the right solution. When can I talk to someone about the requirements for the business please so I can establish if Shopify can do everything I need, and what plan I should be on?
