Subscriptions API - What happens when my app is uninstalled?

Hello guys, let’s say my Shopify App allows the merchant to charge their customers monthly (just like a membership). What happens if they uninstall the app? Will Shopify keep charging the customers monthly? Is there a way I can cancel all the subscriptions in case that happens or something?

Because for my product to work well, I would need to cancel all the subscriptions once the merchant wants to uninstall my app or something like that, otherwise It would make no sense.

Is there something I can do if that happens? Maybe cancel all the subscriptions when uninstalling the app or something?

Is your app billing the customers through Shopify or via other means?

My app is billing the customers through Shopify, yes.

But as I said, if the merchant can just uninstall the app and it will keep billing the customers, it will be a big problem for my product.
