Subscription's Post-purchase doesn't request the subscription_contracts/create webhook

We tried a Subscription’s Post-purchase feature.

We can create an order. It had a subscription lineitem. But, We didn’t receive a subscription_contracts/create webhook. Is this specification?

Webhooks are emitted for subscriptions contracts in the Post Purchase feature.

Note that to access contracts, you’ll need the right access scopes as per: https://shopify.dev/apps/subscriptions/contracts#requirements
