Hi, I have setup a supply partner app on shopify it is well integrated, I m able to push products from their platform to shopify and can see those products in my shopify product list.
All products are active, market set & enabled, shipping rate set as well. Still those active products when i go to my store front shows out of stock.
Would anyone know of a solution? I even tried with supply partner support and shopify support, but no solution.

For products where the inventory is either showing as not zero but not being tracked correctly, or vice versa, we need to either set the correct stock quantity or disable inventory tracking as appropriate. Please prioritize those items that are currently listed with incorrect tracking settings.
Regarding product variants, it appears that the stock levels for each individual variant need to be updated. Could you please review each product with variants and ensure the stock is accurately reflected for each size, color, etc.?
It’s also important to verify that the stock for each product is assigned to the correct location within our system. If any stock needs to be reassigned to a different location, please make those adjustments.
Next, we need to confirm that each product is published to the relevant market. If any products are found to be missing from the market, please republish them to ensure they are available to our customers.
Specifically for the “Online Store” sales channel, please ensure that all relevant products are enabled and available. If any products are currently disabled on this channel, they should be enabled to maximize our online presence.
Finally, we’ve encountered a potential issue with our custom theme that might be affecting product display or functionality. To troubleshoot this, could you please test a few representative products using the default “Dawn” theme to see if the issue persists?
