Support Queue

How do I know if I am being connected to the queue? Having issues with my product being available and I have tried all the work around listed in the forum. I need some assistance ASAP.

My products keep showing up as unavailable in my store. I checked the status, and checked to make sure it was in all available channels. Not sure where to go from here.
