Tax Line showing just for Amazon Orders

Hello,

Really hoping someone can shed some light on this. We are vat exempt, all orders pulled through from ebay, online store show no vat which is correct.

Orders pulled through from Amazon Integration Plus show a tax line on the invoice for the customer.

I have checked in amazon its self the settings are correct and contacted the app people who say it is to do with shopify settings or amazon but i have checked and all looks ok.

Basically i dont want a tax line showing on the amazon orders in shopify. Does anyone know where i should be looking to get rid of this?

I don’t think there’s a way to edit this out of the order, but whatever entity is creating the order should have the option to exclude it, tax_lines is a field in the Order API and looks to be optional.

I would contact the app developers and ask if they can make a customization to not include tax_lines when creating orders from Amazon. That would be your best solution.
