I am getting the following message when I try to ship:

I appreciate that you have shared the error message that you have received as that is very helpful. Typically, if you have received this specific error message it is due to an incorrect shipping address that has been added to Settings > Locations. You may need to make changes to the format of the address and you can do so by selecting on the location.
Depending on your location, you can use the USPS verifying tool or the UPS verifying tool to validate your shipping address.
Since we cannot authenticate you for the store in question using our Community forums, it would be best to reach out to our support to take a closer look into the error that you have received. You can login to your store using our Contact Us page, this will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner before speaking directly with a Support Advisor.
