The bank account cannot be changed while old bank account number must be filled in. We cannot remember the old bank account number. We have asked shopify stuff but no further follow up after mentioning it will be forwarded to accounting team. Is there anyone can help?

In this case, the most effective action is to get in touch with our Support Team. You can easily reach them through email, live chat, or callback by visiting our Help Center.
Simply log in, select your shop, search for the relevant topic, and click “Continue” at the bottom of the page to access contact options.

The Support Team will then guide you to the appropriate team, who will be able to update your banking information after gathering some necessary details from you.
