I bought the Symmetry theme and customized it back in January 2025. Ever since then, I’ve been having problems with my inventory. Every day a number of products that have been archived or that are in draft mode, changes to active on its own. I’ve gone through all the suggested steps from Shopify, reached out to the theme developers and the apps connected to my Shopify account. I’ve had many, many conversations with Shopify Customer Support to troubleshoot my issue and nothing has been resolved. I’ve also asked this question before on this platform and have gone through the suggested troubleshooting tips. This is a major problem for my store, because I do not want these products to be active. Please help!
