Theme store issue when trying to add new themes

Hi,

I’m having issues signing into the theme store and adding paid for themes to my admin (to trial before publishing and paying).

I’ve tried both these ways:

  1. Going to the theme store

  2. logging in

but once I click “log in” with my details input it just takes me back to the theme store home page (and I’m not logged in)

other way

  1. Under the theme setting of my store in admin I click on “theme store”

  2. I find a theme I want to try.

  3. click “try theme”

  4. Asked which account I want to apply it to so click on my account

  5. Taken back to theme store homepage in the same was as above.

Neither add a theme to my admin for me to try.

What I really want to do is try a paid for theme not the free ones. And I’m just not finding a way to be able to customise one so I can see what it’s like with my products etc.

I’d try and log into Shopify from another browser. Also just delete all the cookies on that new browser.
