Want to add a theme - keep getting an error

I have a new store and looking at trying out a few paid themes before I buy them to see what works. I am logged in and I click on “try theme” and nothing happens…I get an error that you could not process and make sure you are logged in?

Which browser are you using? I recommend checking for browser updates and clearing your cache to see if that resolves the issue. You can also try adding a theme through the Shopify app to determine whether it was an issue with the browser.
