I previously had a Shopify store where I used the Refresh theme, which I downloaded before closing the store. I later created a new store and uploaded that same theme. Now, Shopify has released an update for the themes, but I can’t update mine as it says, “Updates are not supported for uploaded themes.” Re-downloading isn’t an option since I’ve made extensive customizations that would take months to replicate. If anyone knows how to transfer everything from one theme to another, please share. I tried apps like Theme Weaver, but it’s paid.

The things you are trying is not supported in Shopify, If you choose to customize, please be aware that updating the theme will override your customizations, means if you customize the theme, you cannot update it and if you do all the prior customizations will not take effects like the code changes and other things,

To maintain changes, you would need to manually reapply your code adjustments to the new updated theme.
