There has been no payment for three weeks!

I recently opened my store. And the first sales went. It’s been three weeks, and the payment is not credited to my bank account. And I can’t understand why. Everything is set up. There is no notification. There is no date of the planned payment. Empty field. Please give an answer. Maybe I don’t understand something.

Now, I understand you wish to get those payouts as soon as possible. While payouts are subject to pay periods, there’s usually a payout date stated beside each payout when you view them in your admin. If there are no payout dates, we’ll need to take a closer look at those payouts and see what’s going on.

  1. Visit our Help Center.
  2. Chat with the AI assistant and enter “account concern.”
  3. Click Chat with a Support Advisor as shown on this screenshot.
