There was a problem processing the payment

Hi,

A customer cannot purchase from my shopfiy, we I went to purchase a problem myself, I was receiving the same problem.

Can anyone help me with this issue?

The payment provider could be in “test” mode if it is unable to process a payment. You can confirm this by going to Settings/Payment Providers/Manage. If you see test mode enabled, then you will want to disable the option to allow real transactions. You can view more information on test mode through our Help Center here if you’re using Shopify Payments.

If your payment provider is not on test mode, then I would recommend contacting Shopify Support for further assistance. You can do this by logging into your store through the help center, searching your question/issue, then selecting “continue” at the bottom of the page that displays the search results.
