I get that message when trying to order on my store : “There was an issue processing your payment. Try again or use a different payment method.”
We’re using Shopify Payment.
All settings are correct.
Using a Wise Bank Account.
Support won’t solve the problem, it’s been a week, asking for help again every day, but not even once we got an email from the technical team.
This is putting us out of business for Q4 and Christmas, which we can not afford. Either we make it work, either we’re going down.
Can someone help ?

Have you tried using a different card when ordering?
Tried at least 5 different cards, from different people, different addresses… Tried everything.
I run several stores, never had any problem, so I can say that issue doesn’t come from my end, but from Shopify / Shopify Payment.
It’s been a week, writing to support everyday, and each day they’re like “Oh yeah we’re gonna tell the technical team it’s urgent” but they don’t seem to understand the problem very well, as they keep telling me stuff like “You’re right, the abandoned cart is not the problem” etc, like they just don’t get it’s a payment problem happening for everyone from everywhere, not just a one time failed payment.
