Third-party carrier-calculated shipping rates

Hi.

I am preparing to launch my store. But I am need to integrate shipping rates from FEDEX. I am enrolled in the Basic plan, BUT I upgraded to annual payments (instead of Monthly).

I have a manufacturing partner that uses FEDEX to ship, so I want my partners negotiated shipping rates to be implemented in MY store.

Under “Shipping & Delivery” i am still being told that I need to “Upgrade your plan to enable calculated shipping rates using accounts from FedEx, UPS® and apps.”

PLEASE HELP.

To access your carrier calculated rates for different carriers, there are 3 options:

  • Add this feature for an additional $20/month on your current Shopify plan
  • Choose a yearly subscription for your current Shopify plan, with which you can get this option for free.
  • Upgrade your plan to Advanced Shopify Plan
    Once you choose any of these, you can contact Shopify support to enable it in your store: https://help.shopify.com/en/questions#/contact/chat

The fastest and easiest way to have the Carrier Calculated Shipping feature added to your plan will be to reach out to our live support team. They can make sure the feature has been activated there and then, so you should have immediate access to it while on the live chat.

Our live support via phone, chat or email can be reached via our support portal here. Simply type your query into the “ask about a topic” bar, then hit continue to support to access. Here’s a video showing the steps in action.
