In order to get the carrier-calculated shipping feature added to your subscription you’ll want to contact our support team. Since you are already on the annual plan they will be able to easily add it to your account.

You can contact support from this page. When you visit that page you can follow these steps to request a call back or chat with us through email or chat:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Type in keywords for your issue in the search field and click Search.
  3. You will then notice common questions related to your issue, as well as help guides and then you will see the option to Get support. Click Continue.
  4. Then you will see the options to chat with us, email us, or request a callback.
