I have a Shopify App that a client is trying to install, but they are getting the “This app isn’t compatible with your store”, but there isn’t enough info on why it isn’t compatible. How do I check why this happened?

Some apps are restricted to stores in specific countries, POS Stores, or Shopify Plus stores. Sometimes, this message appears for no reason - trying again after some time or from a different browser helps.
it doesnt work, i tried with 2 browsers. clout dropshipping is available in india but im not able to link it with my shopify store, please help!
