Hi there. I sell bamboo products. The warehouse is in England. So I would ship mainly to the UK. I looked at Etsy and maybe uploaded my products there as well. What do you think about Etsy in the UK? Do you still know English marketplace like Etsy? Which English site would you upload your products to?

I sold on Etsy prior to having a shopify website and it does attract many visitors in the UK. Especially since Etsy has started offsite ads. However, you pay a higher percentage to Etsy if the sale was attributed to ads. So in my personal opinion it is better to make sales through Shopify as you pay a much lower fee than through Etsy. I would reccomend putting a few hero items on Etsy and linking the Etsy page to your own website/newsletter sign up so potential customers can find your website and subscribe to your email list.
