TikTok orders and third party apps

Hello.

I work with a dropshipping Shopify app. We received orders via webhooks. Recently, a user received an order from their TikTok store, but the order’s address was obscured:

Sa*******, California 92***

Could anyone explain why this happens?

Hey @daveluke ,

That’s interesting. The best option here is to reach out to our support teams directly so they can take a look in to that specific order to find out what’s happening.

Typically if it’s related to PII the values will be returned as NULL.
