We can not save the edits we make to HS code descriptions on international orders.
USPS does not accept any computer generated descriptions. Not only does this cost a ton of employee time, it welcomes errors, it also costs money reshipping items if any mistakes are made.
Another issue is internation labels now have to be printed one at a time. The last 8 years, all labels were printed in one click.
Shopify, please, help make higher volume international shops reduce the time it takes to ship a single order!

Copying part of my post from the other thread that incorrectly got marked as solved:
What I reported to Shopify was that even when you enter the full HS code that SHOULD give you the specific item description, for example I frequently use 4201.00.30.00 which is “Dog leashes, collars, muzzles, harnesses and similar dog equipment” the Shopfy customs form only pulls up the much longer description for the more generic 4201.00.
This is VERY incorrect behavior and still works this way as of today.

Yikes! I wish they would simply add a field where you can put what you want the customs description to be on each product. Easy peasy!
