Title: Need Urgent Support – Account Hacked and Locked Out

Hello Community and Shopify Moderators,

I am in urgent need of assistance as I am currently locked out of my Shopify account. An unauthorized user has added two-step authentication to my account, and I am unable to bypass this to regain control.

Attempts to reach Shopify Support through the Help Center have been unsuccessful due to a persistent technical error stating, “There’s a problem loading this page,” which occurs across multiple browsers, including Chrome and Edge.

I have not observed any fraudulent charges on my financial statements yet, which leads me to believe the hacker may be using alternative payment methods.

Can a Shopify Moderator please assist me in escalating this issue? I need to secure my account and reverse any unauthorized changes as soon as possible.
