How to access shopify locked account

Hi everyone

I was trying to access my account xxxxxxx at Shopify , with my gmail email. The following alert was shown:

“Unable to access xxxxxxx” “It looks like you don’t have access to this store. Contact the store administrator for access.”

How to access it again ?
