2022年の回答ではありますが、おそらく今も不可能ではないかと思います。
何か方法がないか考えてみましたが、
思いつくのは、
Shopify Flowやアプリを利用して、
特定の支払方法での購入してくれたお客様にクーポンをプレゼントしたり、
ポイントプロラムをご利用であれば、ポイントを多めに付与したり、
