Is there a way to track when a customer writes a product review or a store review and send that information to my app? I didn’t find a webhook for that. I was reading this page (https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/online-sales-channels/shop/product-reviews) that uses Shopify Flow to create a workflow and connect to the Shop Review Published trigger from Shop app, but it seems you need to have installed Shop app.

You’re right, Shopify doesn’t have a webhook specifically for tracking when a customer leaves a product or store review. While you can use Shopify Flow with the “Shop Review Published” trigger, it requires the Shop app to be installed. An alternative approach could be using a third-party review app like Yotpo or Judge.me that offers API access and webhooks, allowing you to track and send review data directly to your app.
