You can use our app
getReviews ‑ Product Reviews
getReviews enables merchant to integrate feature of customer’s feedback on their store.By this means you can know your customer’s level of satisfaction with your products, boost trust and sales.
It has :
Easy understanding UI- All app options are available on a single page, you can switch between them from top navigation link.
Filters- Easily fetch all published, unpublished or pending reviews using “Showing” drop down option.
Sorting- Sort reviews table items by Rating, Review Status or Posted date.
Bulk Action- Save your time by choosing “Action on reviews” drop down option to Publish, Unpublish or delete selected reviews at one time.
Single Action- You can also choose to edit a single review status or delete a review by clicking pencil icon or trash icon under Action column in reviews table.
Auto publish review- Enable/Disable auto publishing of a posted review from settings page.
Email notification- Enable/Disable new review post email notification on your merchant email from settings page.
Live notification- You will get immediate notification of new review post if app dashboard is open.
Reviews on store front- You can also choose How many reviews you want to show per page? under settings page.

Regarding this concern, you could refer to Email Marketing by CM Commerce app, in which you could ask for the feedback from your customers for the whole store, not only a specific product.
