Hi, I transferred from Shopify to wix and am unable to transfer my domain from my Shopify store to my wix one. I cancelled my plan thinking that it would automatically do that. Is there any way to transfer it to Wix without paying $57?

I understand you’re looking to transfer your third-party domain from Shopify to Wix. In order to use it for a different website, you do need to remove the domain by accessing your Shopify admin and following these steps.
As you mentioned you already cancelled your subscription and closed your store, I’m aware you no longer have access to your admin. My domains page does not include a delete domain option as you mentioned.

Did you purchase your domain through a third-party domain provider? If so, do you mind sharing a screenshot of the domain settings page? If you purchased your domain through Shopify or your admin, you’ll need to transfer the domain instead. You can follow the steps on this page to do that.

Thank you for that screenshot! Since the domain is hosted outside of Shopify, you would need to update the DNS records so that they point to your Wix store. This isn’t something that Shopify Support can assist with, and you would not require access to your store admin on Shopify to make this change. I recommend contacting Wix support for assistance in finding the correct DNS records to update on their end.
