Translation of product reviews app by shopify

Hello dears, hope you doing good, please i have an issue of the translation of the review section in the product page ?? i looked but found nothing ? please can you guide me ?? because i translat the whole web site but can’t translate this part, as me asking they tell me that this is a third party app that’s why!! but i really need to translate it because i’m using a multiple language website and seriouslly not every one understand english which will make a really bad user experience, need some advice!!!
