Trouble adding file from Youtube to product pages

Hi,

I’ve been trying to add this file: https://youtube.com/shorts/WwVIuRnrHEU

to a product page. However, I get this error message:

Image: File extension doesn’t match the format of the file.

Any possible solution to this dilemma?

Are you adding the video using add from URL or do you want to upload it from your PC?

I’m using the “Add from URL” via Shopify’s product page. I’m also not using a PC.

I’ve also tried pasting the youtube URL into my template and the same error comes up.

Try and download the video to the video file type. If it’s Mp4, 3pg you can upload it

Please change to Youtube link, not ‘Shorts’ link, it will work fine. Refer https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WwVIuRnrHEU
