HI, I’m trying to add a youtube video to a product page but I keep getting this error: Media upload failed Image: File extension doesn’t match the format of the file. This is a normal youtube video that doesn’t have any weird formatting. Here’s the link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7qdrwb0nc_Y. Can someone help? Katie

I’m having the same problem today! I tried uploading directly, uploading to files and adding the link, and uploading to youtube and adding the link. Got the ‘file extension doesn’t match the format of the file’ for all of them. I wonder if it’s an issue with shopify right now?
I’m having the same issue. Tried with a couple of different video URLS and still not working.
