I am an online/offline store and I need to generate barcodes for my products so I can list my products on google merchant. I want to use shopfy to generate my barcodes instead of paying for a third party app. Can anyone help me?
For Google Merchant Center, if you want to purchase valid barcodes, you need to use GS1 barcodes. Which you have to buy via: https://www.gs1.org/
You can not create self assigned barcodes, these are not valid.
Please note, if you are the manufacturer, then you are not required to purchase barcodes.
If you are a reseller, and the manufacturer has not assigned barcodes, then simply remove the brand, mpn values and set identifier exists to no.
