SOLVED using developer tools in chrome to identify specific section id and add custom code to liquid CSS file

Have you added css code to base.css file? I do not know where or what file I should add css adding?

So far I just used base.css file, but I think it’s better to have access to instafeed.css and make changes over there.
Idk if that’s right though
