Hello, I would like to use Shopify’s Online store chat on my store, but it auto opens / expands when the page is loaded. I would like it to stay closed as the circle icon and only opens when someone clicks on it. Can someone provide assistance?
I am having the same issue. On mobile, the chat window covers the entire screen. There should be a setting to turn this off.
