Hey guys, I would like to turn off all inventory, but leave the item up, until a week from now, when I will be running a sale. Any tips on how to go about this? Using Brooklyn Theme.

Hope you are doing well.
Regarding this issue firstly go to admin dashboard than select “Products” from the left side menu.
Than locate the product you want to modify and click on its title to access the product details page.
On product details page, go to “Inventory” section and uncheck the “Track quantity” option. This will turn off inventory tracking for the product.
Than click on “Save” button to apply changes.
