Unable to apply partial refunds to orders place via Meta sales channel

We have several customers placing orders via Facebook and in times, they call our customer care center because they had a coupon that they forgot to apply at checkout. In Shopify, we are unable to apply the a discount because the refund screen doesn’t allow custom refund amounts.

Is there a workaround to this problem?

If you are unable to refund partially a Meta order, please contact our support team directly. If you are using Shopify Payments we can check the order and see if a refund is possible. Some guidance on this issue is outlined on our Help Center.
